I got uploads working on the Azureus PHP UI last night, so now you can upload a torrent file and have it added to the download queue.

Thanks to the people who have provided feedback so far (all positive!), so keep it coming. I already have one idea suggested that I hadn’t thought of that has made it to my todo list.
